Wes Erwin writes picture books and middle-grade novels. He is the author of Turtle Tug-Of-War: A Boundary Waters Counting Book (Beaver’s Pond Press, 2025), Fire and Ashes: A Boy and an African Proverb (co-authored with Ahmed Hassan, The Little Fig, 2022), and Boundary Waters ABC (AdventureKeen, 2014). Wes is one of the Anoka Public Libraries Local Featured Authors. Wes has a Ph.D. in Counseling and is a licensed counselor.
